we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Scribe to join our team in United States. The Medical Scribe will be responsible for accurately documenting and transcribing medical information during patient interactions. This position supports remote work.
Responsibilities:

<li>Accurately transcribe medical notes and patient interactions in real-time</li>
<li>Ensure all medical records are complete, accurate, and timely</li>
<li>Assist healthcare providers with documentation and administrative tasks</li>
<li>Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to clarify medical information</li>
<li>Review and edit medical records for clarity and accuracy</li>
<li>Assist with coding and billing as needed</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or in a related role</li>
<li>Excellent typing and data entry skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures</li>
<li>Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks</li>
<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li>
