We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators for 1st and 2nd shift openings. This role involves operating machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Mon-Friday
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM Mon-Thursday
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to production standards and schedules
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper function
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance and report issues or malfunctions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of production processes
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions or blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
