Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Working Field Foreman to lead and actively participate in concrete repair, protection, and strengthening projects in commercial, industrial, and marine environments. This position requires hands-on leadership, strong safety awareness, and the ability to manage crews while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour (typically 40 hours per week plus overtime opportunities)

Key Responsibilities

Crew Leadership

  • Supervise and lead crews of 3–10 workers on active job sites
  • Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently
  • Provide direction, training, and support to crew members

Project Execution

  • Perform and oversee concrete repairs, including spall and crack repair, and shotcrete applications
  • Install waterproofing systems and protective coatings such as epoxy and urethane
  • Assist with structural strengthening methods, including carbon fiber installation and pile jacket systems
  • Operate and oversee surface preparation equipment, including sandblasting tools

Safety & Compliance

  • Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and toolbox talks
  • Enforce OSHA safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE
  • Maintain a safe and organized job site

Administrative Duties

  • Complete and submit daily timesheets and job documentation
  • Coordinate material needs and procurement
  • Communicate with project managers, engineers, and office personnel

Candidate Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in concrete repair, restoration, or related construction field
  • Proven leadership experience supervising crews

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Technical Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office

Physical & Logistical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
  • Comfortable working at heights, including scaffolds and ladders
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Willingness to travel occasionally based on project needs

Compliance Requirements

  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
  • Must pass background checks
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • TWIC card and/or HASC Basic Plus certification
  • Confined space training and fit testing
