Position Summary
The Residential Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the property. This role focuses on cleaning vacant apartments for new residents, as well as ensuring common areas remain neat, sanitary, and presentable.

Responsibilities


  • Clean and prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, windows, and fixtures.
  • Perform routine cleaning of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, stairwells, laundry rooms, and community spaces.
  • Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize all assigned areas.
  • Remove trash and recycling from units and designated property locations.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns discovered during cleaning.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and storage areas in an organized and serviceable condition.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment as required.
  • Assist with special or seasonal cleaning projects, turnovers, and inspections as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, especially in residential or multi-family housing environments.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.


Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have a valid driver's license.
