Salary Range: $109,000 - $158,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the entire value stream from raw material to customer delivery.
• Identify and eliminate waste and bottlenecks within the manufacturing process.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve flow, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, quality) to achieve value stream goals.
• Measure, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and tools.
• Manage resources and personnel within the value stream to meet production targets and customer demands.
• Foster a culture of problem-solving and continuous learning within the value stream team.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve throughput, quality, and cost.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and certification (e.g., Black Belt)
• - Proven track record of implementing successful process improvement initiatives
• - Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices
• - Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT)
