Call Center Representative
Louisville, KY
Compensation & Schedule
• $17.00/hr
• Monday–Friday, 11:30am–8:00pm
• W2
• Start date: TBD
ROLE IMPACT
As a Call Center Representative, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for patients, caregivers, and providers. Your ability to manage inbound/outbound communication efficiently and deliver accurate, empathetic service directly supports care continuity and patient satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to inbound and outbound calls, delivering accurate and helpful information
• Process prescription refills and coordinate shipment schedules
• Resolve caller inquiries and ensure thorough follow-up
• Adhere to all company policies, HIPAA regulations, and workflow protocols
• Maintain a positive, solution-focused tone in all interactions
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year call center or customer service experience preferred
• Prior experience in healthcare or pharmacy setting a plus
• Must obtain Pharmacy Board Technician Registration within 30 days of hire
• Typing speed of 35+ WPM
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Call routing systems (VoIP/CRM-based)
• EHR/EMR platforms (preferred)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication
• Proven problem-solving ability in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable transportation for on-site hybrid requirements
