Service Area:Tuscarawas county - Must be willing to travel to: New Philadelphia, Dover, Uhrichsville, Newcomerstown, Sugarcreek, Bolivar, Zoar and Strasburg. renee

As an Addus Nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse), you will:
- Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
- Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
- Present educational in-service trainings
- Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current LPN licensure.
- One year of nursing experience.
- Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
