- Manage key accounts – Serve as the primary liaison for our strategic distributors and high-value customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Handle escalated issues – Troubleshoot and resolve complex inquiries, coordinating with sales, operations, and technical service leadership to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Analyze and improve – Leverage customer data, feedback and industry trends to identify opportunities for process enhancements and service optimization.
- Subject matter expertise – Maintain an advanced understanding of our products, services and evolving technologies to serve as a resource for internal teams and customers.
- Mentor and lead – Provide guidance and support to junior customer service team members, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives – Lead or support projects that enhance customer experience, such as CRM system upgrades, process documentation, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance – Uphold company policies and industry regulations in all customer interactions and transactions.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or technical environment, including managing high-priority accounts and complex order processes.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage escalated issues with professionalism and tact; advanced proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft 365; strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience mentoring or supervising team members.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Attitude: Strategic thinker with excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills; a commitment to continuous improvement and exceptional customer experiences.
- Schedule: Full-time; Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; occasional overtime or
