Help shape the product experience for an AI-native platform reinventing how companies manage their workforce. This Founding Product Designer role sits at the intersection of enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and human-centered design, owning the end-to-end experience for a next-generation HR platform built around AI agents instead of traditional workflows.

You'll design intuitive experiences for employees, managers, and HR leaders while building the configuration tools that allow customers to customize AI agents, workflows, and business logic to fit their organizations. As the first design hire, you'll establish the design system, influence product strategy, and define how enterprise software should function in an AI-first world.

Working closely with the founders, engineering, and early customers, you'll have significant ownership over the product, translating complex enterprise workflows into simple, elegant experiences. You'll help shape everything from conversational AI interactions to powerful admin and builder interfaces.

The ideal candidate has experience designing complex enterprise SaaS products, platform or builder experiences, and scalable design systems. Experience with AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, workflow automation, or HR technology is a strong plus.

Compensation is targeted between $250,000-$300,000, with flexibility based on experience and overall fit.
