Compensation:
$100,000 - $200,000
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on all appointments in a timely manner with high professionalism.
- Uncover the priorities of buyers/sellers and locate homes matching their needs, and show them the homes.
- Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, servant-leader approach.
Qualifications:
- Must have a MO real estate license or be willing to get one.
- STRONG money motivation!
- Passion for selling.
- Love to learn.
