We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in AP processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding to general ledger accounts.

  • Prepare and execute weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.

  • Maintain accurate AP records and assist with month-end closing activities.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely approval and payment of invoices.

  • Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships.

  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation to support compliance.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
