Are you a relationship-driven professional with a passion for helping seniors and their families navigate important healthcare decisions? We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Admissions Director to join our Assisted Living Community in Troy, New York.

This key leadership role is responsible for driving occupancy growth, managing the admissions process, building referral relationships, and ensuring a seamless transition for new residents and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the admissions and move-in process from initial inquiry through residency.
  • Conduct community tours and effectively communicate the benefits and services offered.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, case managers, social workers, and community organizations.
  • Develop and implement outreach and marketing initiatives to increase referrals and occupancy.
  • Follow up with prospective residents and families to provide guidance and support throughout the decision-making process.
  • Maintain accurate admissions records and tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with community leadership to achieve occupancy and census goals.
  • Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in admissions, sales, business development, marketing, or healthcare outreach preferred.
  • Experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, skilled nursing, healthcare, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet goals and drive results.
  • Excellent organizational and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems preferred.
