Ethos Wellness is seeking an experienced, highly skilled clinical psychologist to join our team. The primary role of this position is to conduct comprehensive neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations for children and adolescents for concerns related to academic performance, ADHD, specific learning disorders, giftedness, Autism Spectrum Disorder, mental health conditions, and more.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in administering, interpreting, and integrating a wide range of psychological and educational assessments to support accurate diagnoses and evidence-based recommendations. The expectation for the testing process includes consultation with parents, administration of testing, generating thorough reports of findings, and communicating results efficiently and effectively with parents and schools as needed. This role is essential in guiding academic planning, mental health interventions, and related disability services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations using evidence-based assessment tools for cognitive, academic, behavioral, adaptive, social-emotional, and neuropsychological functioning.
Interpret data from assessment results and prepare high-quality, structured written reports with clear diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations in a timely manner
Collaborate closely with educators, clinicians, parents, and other professionals to support intervention planning and student success
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with professional, ethical, and legal standards
Provide consultation regarding assessment data, learning profiles, and instructional strategies
Stay current with research, best practices, DSM-5-TR/ICD-10 diagnostic standards, and assessment tools
Required Qualifications
Clinical psychologists holding a Ph.D., Psy.D, Ed.D., or an LSSP (Licensed Specialist in School Psychology)
State licensure or certification appropriate to the role (e.g., Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Specialist in School Psychology, Educational Diagnostician, or equivalent)
Extensive training and supervised experience in psychoeducational assessment
Demonstrated expertise in administering full-form cognitive, academic, and psychological assessment tools (e.g., WISC-V, WAIS-IV, WPPSI-IV, WIAT-IV, WJ-IV, BASC-3)
Strong understanding of learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and other neurodevelopmental conditions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in school, clinical, or university settings.
Expertise in bilingual assessment or culturally responsive evaluation practices.
Experience in working on an integrated team and interest in strategic development of partnerships with schools and community organizations.
Experience working with diverse populations and complex cases.
