Lead field execution with precision, pace, and professionalism. As the Onsite Construction Operations Supervisor, you transform plans into finished spaces—coordinating subcontractors, safeguarding safety, protecting the schedule, and keeping leadership fully informed.
Role Snapshot

- Reports To: Project Manager
- Supervises: Assistant Site Supervisor(s) and Subcontractors
What You’ll Tackle
- Direct daily activities of trade partners to meet drawings, specifications, POs, and milestones.
- Keep meticulous daily records: workforce, inspectors, utilities, weather, and notable events.
- Build and maintain the job schedule; sequence trades and communicate look-aheads.
- Audit subcontractor POs against contracted scopes and specifications.
- Flag risks early and communicate status to Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
- Coordinate and document change orders with the Project Manager before work starts.
- Hold the line on quality control—measure twice, install once, verify always.
- Arrange inspections with local authorities and ensure readiness.
- Walk the site daily; record punch items, upload photo progress, and drive resolution.
- Submit weekly job reports on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times.
- Capture field-driven plan changes for accurate as-builts.
- Pitch in wherever needed to keep momentum.

- Trades are coordinated, productive, and aligned to the plan.
- Inspections pass, punch lists shrink, and turnover happens on time.
- The site reflects pride: safe, orderly, and professional.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years in construction across industrial, residential, and/or commercial projects.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Construction Management degree is beneficial; proven field leadership matters most.
- Strong communicator with a bias for accountability and follow-through.
