JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and complete flooring material orders for delivery or pickup based on schedule.

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory (unload, label, store, organize).

  • Pick and load materials for scheduled deliveries.

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, including shelving, pallet areas, and workstations.

  • Follow all safety procedures and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and team members.

  • Report any discrepancies, damage, or inventory issues promptly.

  • Complete required documentation and data entry related to inventory and orders.

  • Monitor inventory and delivery status to ensure items arrive on time.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1-2 years of prior warehouse experience preferred.

  • Experience in the flooring or construction industry is a plus.

  • Basic computer/data entry skills.

  • • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lift and move heavy flooring materials (50 Lbs. or more).

  • Must be dependable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
