Are you a dedicated professional looking to make a meaningful impact in workplace health and safety? We’re seeking a highly qualified and personable Industrial Clinician to join our team and deliver exceptional injury prevention services.
Position Details
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Availability:
- Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Tuesday/Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Thursday/Friday: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Note: Schedule may vary based on client needs but will not exceed 40 hours per week.

Qualifications
- Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC, MAT, LAT), Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Strong interest in preventative care and rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Your Role
- Conduct pre-employment screenings
- Provide body mechanics training and job coaching
- Perform early intervention and ergonomic assessments
- Develop wellness and work simulation programs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Key Responsibilities
- Implement on-site prevention programs
- Promote health initiatives and engage with staff
- Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and leadership
- Track and report program outcomes
Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
