Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract position is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CF) to provide services within schools located in Florissant, MO. The role offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, typically 7.5 hours each day, with opportunities to work across multiple school locations. Supervision is provided by the district, supporting clinicians who hold a provisional Missouri SLP license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services for students in elementary and other school settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students specific communication needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies and state regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Passing score on the Praxis exam.
- Provisional Missouri SLP license required.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred, specifically 0-2 years for initial applicants.
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply; supervision provided by the district.
Location and Schedule:
- Position located in Florissant, MO with service sites within St. Louis County.
- Full-time role, typically Monday through Friday.
- Flexibility may be available for part-time assignments at certain locations.
