Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will be responsible supporting C level Executive for our client located in Moreno Valley, CA Offering $25-35.00/hr. 8am-5pm, Temp to hire
Duties
· Manage executive calendar, travel, and meeting logistics
· Prepare/edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
· Handle confidential information with discretion
· Act as liaison for internal/external communication
· Monitor and prioritize emails and calls
· Office management (supplies, expenses, reimbursements)
· Support special projects as needed
Requirements
· 3+ years proven experience in a similar role
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Professional demeanor and ability to multitask under pressure
