4 School-Based Occupational Therapists (OTs)
Full Time | 20252026 School Year | Durham, NC | K12 Caseload

Soliant is currently seeking four dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join a team for the uping 20252026 school year in Durham, North Carolina. These are full-time positions serving students across grades K12.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Durham, NC

• Start Date: August 2025

• Schedule: Full Time, School Hours

• Caseload: K12 (assignments based on experience and preference)

• Pay: $38-45/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families

• Maintain documentation and progress reports per district guidelines

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy

• Valid North Carolina OT license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Experience in school settings is preferred but not required
