Join QualDerm Partners, a leader in comprehensive skin and aesthetics wellness, as our new Clinical Lead. In this pivotal role, you will drive clinical excellence across our practices while ensuring the highest quality of patient care. You will work closely with our dedicated team of healthcare professionals, coordinating clinical operations and overseeing the delivery of exceptional services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary superuser for the EMA ModMed system within the clinical team, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Lead training and mentoring initiatives for new medical assistants, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed for success.
- Facilitate optimal patient flow by reallocating staff during peaks and managing clinical schedules effectively.
- Ensure clear communication among team members regarding protocols, procedures, and updates.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring medical supplies are ordered, stocked, and organized.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and infection control standards in line with OSHA regulations.
- Assist providers during patient examinations and procedures, ensuring smooth operations in the clinical setting.
- Document clinical interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Support the Practice Manager with administrative duties, including addressing patient concerns and streamlining operations.
- Contribute to team performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal medical assisting program preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally within dermatology or aesthetics.
- Knowledgeable of medical terminology and practices relevant to dermatology.
- Strong mentoring and leadership skills with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using electronic health records and clinical software.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards.

Compensation Range: $20.74 - 27.48 per hour. Final offer will be based on a combination of skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
