Required Certifications and Licenses
- Active New Jersey RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Graduation from an accredited NLN School of Nursing
Scheduling Requirements
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Every other weekend is mandatory; weekday schedules will vary based on departmental needs

Key Responsibilities
The Professional Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in collaboration with the medical team, adhering to the New Jersey State Nurse Practice Act. This role involves:
- Implementing the hospital's mission and objectives through established policies and performance improvement initiatives.
- Providing individualized, age-appropriate nursing care to patients within a designated unit.
- Utilizing knowledge of growth and development principles to assess and address each patient's specific needs and treatment options.
