Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview
Tucker Home Healthcare is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused
individual to serve as a Receptionist Marketing Coordinator. This role is responsible for
front office operations, client communication, and supporting marketing initiatives to grow
the agency.

Key Responsibilities
Receptionist Duties
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Manage patient intake documentation and filing
- Maintain office supplies and front desk organization
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in handling patient information
Marketing Duties
- Build relationships with referral sources (hospitals, physicians, case managers)
- Assist with community outreach and events
- Support social media and digital marketing efforts
- Help develop marketing materials (flyers, brochures, presentations)
- Track referrals and maintain marketing logs
- Support growth initiatives and census development

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
- Previous experience in healthcare, home care, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, EMR systems a plus)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations preferred

Work Environment
Office-based position located in Columbus, Ohio. Occasional travel may be required for
marketing activities and community outreach.
