Position Overview: Applicant will provide excellent customer service to club members and guests, ensuring they enjoy a high-quality, friendly, and welcoming experience while enjoying beverages. The bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, maintain the bar area, and adhere to all legal and health guidelines. This role requires a combination of technical bartending skills, great interpersonal communication, and the ability to work in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a professional manner.
- Greet and engage with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Ensure the bar is stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Monitor and control alcohol consumption, ensuring all patrons drink responsibly.
- Process transactions using the POS system, including opening and closing tabs and handling payments.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations related to alcohol service.
- Communicate with kitchen staff, waitstaff, and management to ensure efficient service.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, escalating to management when necessary.
- Support other areas of the club as needed, including assisting with event setups and maintaining an overall welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:
