Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) Full-Time Allenwood, GA

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time position in a supportive school district in Allenwood, Georgia. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on students' communication development while working under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined by the supervising SLP

• Support the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Assist students in improving articulation, fluency, voice, and language skills

• Prepare therapy materials and maintain accurate documentation of sessions

• Collaborate with the supervising SLP, educators, and school staff to enhance student outcomes

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Active Georgia SLPA license

• School-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow therapy plans and clinical guidance effectively
