Summary/Objective:
The Warranty Service Representative is responsible for delivering quality warranty service to new homeowners in assigned communities/territory. They will work closely with homeowners to resolve warranty issues in new homes, by coordinating with subcontractors, superintendents, and other trades people to ensure completion and quality.

Essential Job Duties:
<ul>
<li>Preforms Quality Walks, New Homeowner Walk-Through, House 2 Home Walk, 60-Day Walk, and 11-Month walk with homeowners.</li>
<li>Works with Superintendent to ensure homes are prepared for homeowner Walk-Through.</li>
<li>Educate new homeowners on features of their home, identifying items that may need repairs and delivering the home in move in condition.</li>
<li>Schedule subcontractor or vendor work for warranty repairs.</li>
<li>Complete minor repair work, including but not limited to carpentry, patch, and paint.</li>
<li>Supervise all trade contractors completing warranty repairs to ensure that all issues are addressed, and quality repairs are made.</li>
<li>Obtain homeowners walk through and warranty sign-offs.</li>
<li>Update Punchlist Manager with notes and photo documentation and report any issues to the Warranty Service Director.</li>
<li>Manage all incoming emergency after hours calls for resolution to emergency warranty issue.</li>
<li>Attend weekly construction, sales, customer service team meetings per project.</li>
<li>Maintain a good relationship with homeowners, subcontractors, and other Williams Homes team members.</li>

Requirements:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Customer Support Manager

<h3>Job Description</h3>
The Contractor shall provide mechanical engineering assistance for technical reviews, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) using TileFlow software, commissioning coordination/oversight/duties, assist the Government project managers in transitioning and closing out of all projects from the project team to the maintenance team, maintain and report equipment warranty dates, maintain and report on warranty actions, serve as lead for system failures to determine the failures root cause, and provide maintenance recommendations supporting those projects. In addition, provide technical reviews and recommendations to the Government representative regarding improvements to energy efficiency to reduce the Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) and Water Usage Effectiveness (WUE) of the data centers in regards to the maintenance and operations of existing systems, drafting SOW/PWS, cost estimates and acquisition package requirements for recommendations approved by the Government and review whole scale upgrades with a positive Return on Investment (ROI). It is estimated that eight (8) individual site visits annually will be required to support these subtasks. These services require access to classified information up to the Secret level and access to NIPR in order to review facilities reports and mission partner documentation. Classified information will be provided verbally or through hard copy reports/documentation.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited college or university. 
Experience in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) TileFlow or equivalent program, 5 years of experience in energy engineering or energy management with a focus on energy conservation for critical facilities; experience with computerized maintenance management system (CMMS); 3 years of experience in building automation systems (BAS). 
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) by the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED) AP by the US Green Building Council or equivalent program; Must be proficient with office automation software (i.e. MS Office); Professional Engineering License preferred.
