About Us: Places You’ll Go Therapy has a vision to become a leading provider of healthcare services, specializing in home health. Currently, we primarily service the pediatric population, between the ages of 3 and 17 years old. However, with continued growth, we are looking to expand our services to treat patients throughout the lifespan. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team by carrying their own caseload, with the option to provide supervision to SLPAs. The chosen candidate will work in a home health setting primarily with pediatric patients, providing personalized and effective speech therapy services. Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients' speech therapy needs </li>
<li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals </li>
<li>Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care </li>
<li>Provide ongoing evaluation and modify treatment plans as needed </li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records </li>
<li>Provide supervision of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants </li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Active Arizona State Speech-Language Pathology License </li>
<li>Current CPR certification </li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation </li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team </li>
<li>Article 9 Certification </li>
<li>Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred </li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills </li>
