Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced skincare treatments, including facials and micro-needling - Provide expert scalpcare services, including scalp analysis and head spa treatments (training provided) - Offer personalized skincare regimens and product recommendations - Conduct thorough skin and scalp analyses to determine the best treatments - Stay updated on the latest esthetic trends and techniques - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to sanitation standards - Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Strong sales skills and product knowledge - Excellent customer service skills, focused on client satisfaction - Knowledge of skincare and scalpcare (training provided) - Licensed as a Cosmetologist in the state of Florida - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Experience in a spa or salon setting is a plus
