The Town of Canaan has an opening for a Full Time Seasonal Groundskeeper with the Buildings and Grounds Department.  Duties include groundskeeping maintenance of all town parks, recreation areas and cemeteries.  This position is responsible for mowing, trimming weeds, raking leaves, mulching, pruning, rubbish removal and sidewalk cleaning. 
Candidates must be able to operate all equipment needed to perform upkeep of town grounds.
 Compensation starting at $18.00/hour and this position is 30-40 hours a week, May through October.

Truck Driver - Class A CDL (Seasonal)

City Experiences is seeking a Seasonal Ticket Agent for our Riverlink Ferry operation in Philadelphia.
About You:
This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.
About the Opportunity:
The Ticket Agent performs ticket sales for the RiverLink ferry operation and applicable cash handing, all while providing an exceptional customer service experience to ferry riders. The Ticket Agent ensures the ticket booth and applicable areas surrounding it are kept clean.
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Perform Ferry ticket sales while providing outstanding guest service</li>
<li>Effectively interact with the public to deliver excellent customer service</li>
<li>Perform cleaning tasks of the ticket booth &amp; property as required</li>
<li>Maintain waiting area to the highest levels of cleanliness in accordance with Company and client standards</li>
<li>Perform daily inspections of the dock and passenger waiting area near the vessel to ensure cleanliness and safety; take immediate corrective action as necessary</li>
<li>Present professional level of customer service and appearance to all clients, both internal and externally</li>
<li>Responsible for handling money and balancing deposits/money bags; perform deposits within guidelines provided by General Manager</li>
<li>Ensure required administrative forms are completed clearly and accurately</li>
<li>Ensure all receipts are accounted for</li>
<li>Generate settlement and recap reports as required</li>
<li>Report number and passenger count to Captain on each departure</li>
<li>Additional job duties as assigned</li>

Requirements &amp; Qualifications:

<li>HS Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Valid Driver's License</li>
<li>Copy of DD214, if Veteran status</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service skills</li>
<li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills</li>
<li>Ability to effectively interact with the public</li>
<li>Ability to work in fast-paced, quickly-changing environment</li>
<li>Ability to process calculations frequently and continuously</li>
<li>Basic computer skills</li>
<li>Minimum one-year cash handling experience, preferably in retail environment</li>
<li>Familiar with cash registers</li>
<li>Customer Service experience</li>
<li>Proven track record of working successfully in a team environment</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>
</ul>
