Job Description
Home builder and developer seeking to hire a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for creating and producing all printed material, digital marketing, and ensuring the active communities have the necessary branding details.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Keep website and online inventory updated.</li>
<li>Coordinate marketing for new communities
<ul>
<li>branding, pictures, aerials, signs, renders, etc.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Post and manage Google and Facebook ads.</li>
<li>Create social media content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)</li>
<li>Attend closings as many times as possible to take photos, videos, and other media for promotional purposes.</li>
<li>Assist in the planning of open houses and events with agents.</li>
<li>Create and/or order all printed marketing materials like flyers, business cards, closing boxes and more.</li>
<li>Quote any marketing jobs that need an outside contractor.</li>
<li>Create, order and manage virtual tours and pictures.</li>
<li>Make sure broker listings have the correct information.</li>
<li>Create, promote and maintain a customer review program to increase good reviews on Google and similar platforms.</li>
<li>Find, contact and work along with real estate influencers to create a partnership media content.</li>
<li>Make new marketing proposals to administration.</li>
<li>Maintain and coordinate home staging.</li>
<li>Be present during sales meetings to present and provide marketing materials to the sales team.</li>
<li>Prepare marketing presentation and material for MTY Builders, as needed.</li>
</ul>
REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva.</li>
<li>Previous real estate experience is required.</li>
<li>Experience in marketing in social media.</li>
<li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Bilingual, English/Spanish.</li>
<li>Proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.</li>

We are hiring a Development Director, School Engagement working with schools and school districts in West Houston, TX.
This position plans, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates School Engagement programs throughout the assigned territory of West Houston including Katy, Spring Branch, Spring and Houston Independent School Districts as well as Lamar, Aldine, Alief, and surrounding communities.
The candidate must reside within the West Houston territory. This is a home-office position but requires daily travel within the assigned territory.
This is fast paced sales type of position with the main accountability of driving revenue. We offer a base salary with the potential to earn an incentive up to 25% of your base pay. The potential incentive is based on achieving certain team revenue targets.

Responsibilities
Some of your responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>
Implement the American Heart Association's Kids Heart Challenge / American Heart Challenge programs with school-based coordinators (typically PE teachers, student groups, school principals, and superintendents) to raise funds through our educational fundraising programs elementary through high school.
</li>
<li>
Sell our lifesaving mission to local schools through prospecting and securing school participation while providing tools and training to help schools establish and meet their fundraising goals, recruiting and managing strong relationships with volunteers, while ensuring overall success of the programs.
</li>
<li>
Present program information at school assembly events to school-aged kids to teach about the Association and the program.
</li>
<li>
Achieve income and school recruitment goals through the management of existing customers and school accounts, and prospecting and cultivating new school accounts.
</li>
<li>
Coordinate, plan, and implement activities and resources necessary to achieve campaign goals and fundraising objectives in the assigned territory.
</li>
<li>
Maintain and track all related fundraising data.
</li>
<li>
Recruit volunteers to develop and manage school-wide events, while building new relationships and providing ongoing support to volunteers in each school.
</li>
<li>
Partner with school district employees to support wellness programs and fundraise for the Association and work with other School Engagement staff for implementation.
</li>
<li>
Develop effective customer relationships, through time management, persuasion, organization, competitiveness, and persistence.
</li>
<li>
Provide exceptional customer service and volunteer management.
</li>
<li>
Ensure adherence to all national and regional School Engagement policies, guidelines, and procedures.
</li>
<li>
Travel throughout assigned geographical territory with early morning start times.
</li>
<li>
Perform other duties as assigned.
</li>

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
</li>
<li>
5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or equivalent type of experience.
</li>
<li>
Proven leadership and management skills, demonstrated by the ability to organize, plan, implement, and evaluate.
</li>
<li>
Demonstrated community organizational skills with the ability to recruit, train and manage volunteers effectively.
</li>
<li>
Strong interpersonal skills and the willingness to work with all social strata, occupations, and a diverse set of backgrounds.
</li>
<li>
Presentation skills for small and large groups.
</li>
<li>
Ability to work as part of an integrated team.
</li>
<li>
Intermediate knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
</li>
<li>
Ability to lift and/or move large objects (such as boxes) with the expectation that heavier items would be broken down into smaller components or requesting additional assistance may be required before lifting and/or moving.
</li>
<li>
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
</li>
<li>
Ability to do daily local travel approximately 90%; requires access to reliable transportation at all times on an immediate basis.
</li>
