Coordinates use of Crisis Associates as needed for clients in BRES, with Respite Program Coordinator. Works closely with the Mental Health Specialist/ Associates at Marion County Jail and Adult Behavioral Health. Provide community outreach as needed. Community includes the courthouse, the annex, the jail, the mission or Simonka House, or any community location where a client may be found. Participates in diversion program meetings weekly. Provides case reviews of BRES clients. Discusses potential clients and services. <li>Identify and coordinate placements in appropriate licensed care settings, within and outside of the mental health system, for individuals discharging from OSH, acute care hospitals, and/or residing in the community. With supervisory support and oversight, negotiate with Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to advocate for Rate Reviews for complex cases. </li>
<li>Consult on LOCUS/LSI/PCSP assessments utilized in rate setting for licensed providers as needed. </li>
<li>Organize, facilitate, and/or attend treatment planning meetings for individuals enrolled in Choice Model services and collaborate with providers and agencies involved in individuals' care. Delegate such tasks to ENCC QMHA as needed. </li>
<li>Make recommendations to ABH leadership for funding for Choice Model services for licensed care placements, Supportive Housing, and other needs as identified that interfere with placement. </li>
<li>Assess individuals' readiness to step down to lower levels of care/placement when identified. </li>
<li>Ensure residential capacity, track referrals, placements, placement/discharge dates, and utilization data is being tracked by Choice team. </li>
<li>Provide clinical consultation in response to complex cases, critical and/or unusual incidents, grievances, and complaints within the residential system; this includes bi-annual training to providers on topics related to mental health.</li>

Responsible for overseeing the quality of both outpatient and inpatient coded clinical and administrative date. Responsible for synthesizing audit findings to provide actionable feedback to physicians and administrators on areas of improvement. Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Reviews and audits medical records at provider offices/clinics to identify coding risk areas and ensure that training activities are addressing these areas.
2. Review records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with regulations.
3. Identify and communicate documentation deficiencies to providers to improve documentation for accurate risk adjustment coding.
4. Using independent judgement and sensitivity, review with individual physicians and clinic administrators their audit findings and make suggestions for coding improvements.
5. Provide written documentation of potential HCC codes to providers at the point of care while ensuring accuracy of coding and documentation.
6. Resolve or clarify codes or diagnoses with conflicting, missing or unclear information by consulting with providers.
7. Provide expertise in reviewing and assigning accurate medical diagnoses codes for a wide variety of clinical cases based on services performed by physician and other qualified healthcare providers in the office or clinic setting.
8. Demonstrate sound knowledge of medical coding guidelines and regulations to assist providers and clinic administrators the impact of diagnosis coding on risk adjustment payment models.
9. Maintain a professional and supportive working relationship with clinic staff, health plan staff, administration and physicians.
10. Demonstrate high level of proficiency with documentation review including review of orders/results for lab, imaging, hospital records, EHR, etc. as a possible source for HCC codes.
11. Participate in meetings as requested in order to establish and maintain interdepartmental and external partner communication and cooperation.

Position Overview
The Bilingual ESA Program Specialist (English/Spanish) will be responsible for the administration of the ACE Education Savings Account (ESA) Program in designated states, including but not limited to the review of student and provider applications. This will encompass the initial application process, annual renewal of applications, and approval of qualified expenses to participating providers. As the primary contact for students, families, and vendor providers, this position requires a high level of customer service with professional communication over phone, email and in-person. PERIKIN Enterprises maintains a contract with the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Nuclear Smuggling Detection and Deterrence (NSDD) (NA-213) within the Office of Global Material Security (GMS) (NA-21) to support the Department of Energy (DOE). NSDD works with international partners to strengthen capabilities to deter, detect, and investigate the smuggling of nuclear and radiological materials by providing the expertise and tools needed to respond to smuggling events. This includes the deployment and sustainment of radiation detection equipment. 
The Government Contract Specialist will directly support the Contracting Officers (CO) for the Office of Partnership &amp; Acquisition Services (NA-PAS-312) for NSDD to execute and maintain all phases of the program’s contracting, acquisition, and financial assistance actions.
This position works a hybrid schedule that currently requires 1 day per week in the office, with the ability to telework up to the other 4 days per week from an approved location.

We are seeking Director Support Professional(s) to join our team! You will be responsible for helping individuals with special needs by assisting them with their goals and interaction with the community. Please! Only serious candidates are to apply!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
<ul>
<li>Provide training and support to all clients at the Day Program. Assist in development of volunteer, vocational, and group activities.</li>
<li>Responsible for case notes, goal tracking, attendance, communication logs and other needed documentation.</li>
<li>Record and file written documentation of progress and case notes as outlined in the Individual Support Plan. Documentation of Medical Administration Sheets (MAR), Goal tracking, Attendance and other required written work.</li>
<li>Oversight of facilities clean up and organization of chore chart planning.</li>
<li>Provide support for social, emotional, and physical development of all clients.</li>
<li>Work closely and coordinate with other support persons including ,but not limited to Support Coordinator, Residential Training Specialist, other staff and family members.</li>
<li>Attend and participate in Agency Meetings and other training opportunities.</li>
<li>Communicate with coworkers and other staff regularly on client progress, issues and concerns as the arise.</li>
<li>Provide transportation in agency or personal vehicle as needed (including wheelchair lift van)</li>
<li>Other Duties may be assigned.</li>
