Account Planners work directly with clients and partners across all aspects of digital and offline/linear media planning, buying &amp; strategy development. Additionally, campaign management, multi-media integration/ synchronization, optimization and evaluation will be core components of the role.
The right candidate will move the organization forward by partnering with and managing client relationships, providing effective/efficient media buying, developing innovative solutions, and performance insights to help the delivery and achievement of client's goals -- with excitement!!
Responsibilities:
The Account Planner will be responsible for planning media campaigns across multiple channels, collaborating with other internal digital/traditional/analytics team members. They will:

<li>Create multi-faceted media plans that excite the client and meet and exceed their objectives - whether branding or ROI driven.</li>
<li>Manage campaigns across vendors, creative, placements, etc. to proactively deliver the best results for our clients.</li>
<li>Review, provide input, and take action on campaign results and analytics, demonstrating the effectiveness of the media optimization, and articulating insights based on analytic data.</li>
<li>Explore and maintain research, innovation and change that affect media planning and buying across all elements of media, including but not limited to TV (linear and streaming), Social, Digital Display/Video, and YouTube</li>
<li>Supervise and monitor media schedules and contracts with outside media vendors.</li>
<li>Create and present media specific documents such as RFP's, media plans, objectives and strategies decks, POV's, and other related functions.</li>
<li>Utilize syndicated research to identify target audience trends (ComScore, Nielsen, Resonate, etc.).</li>
<li>Provide creative analysis and recommendations when appropriate to improve media performance.</li>
<li>Lead billing and reconciliation process</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree.</li>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital &amp; traditional planning/buying is desired.</li>
<li>Excellent skills in planning campaigns. Be prepared to articulate your planning knowledge.</li>
<li>Solid digital media buying experience, work with Ad Networks, DSP, DMP, Ad Servers, Mobile, Facebook and SEM campaigns.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.</li>
