JOB SUMMARY:&nbsp;
As a Massage Therapist you will be responsible for providing massage, bodywork, and wellness spa services to guests with unparalleled personalized service, professionalism and possess exceptional knowledge in the field of healing arts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Greet guests warmly and escort guests to and from treatment rooms while attending to any immediate needs throughout their Spa session with you.</li>
<li>Maintain professional ethics while ensuring personalized service is provided to each guest so they feel their needs are met.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Perform prep work and meticulously clean and restock the room as required and needed. Participate fully in maintaining backbar.</li>
<li>Maintain work area with necessary supplies, sanitation and disinfection procedures ensuring room is always immaculate (tables draped, counters and products clean).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform monthly and quarterly deep-clean responsibilities.</li>

<li>Uniforms and personal appearance must always be immaculate.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available.</li>
<li>Assist fellow associates with daily operations to support healthy teamwork and contribute to the success of the spa.</li>
<li>Assist in any other function as requested by Director of Spa and Wellness as it pertains to the spa, lounges, retail area, and outdoor terrace area.</li>
<li>Participate fully in any spa promotions within and outside the spa, Estate or at off-site events.&nbsp;</li>

EDUCATION &amp; SKILLS:

 Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

<li> Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays</li>
<li> Availability for PM and weekend shifts (Friday PM counts as a weekend shift).</li>
<li> Hours of operations: M-TH 10am-8pm, Fri and Sat 9am-8pm, Sun 10am-6pm</li>

Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Share the healing power of touch to inspire and transform through the benefits of massage therapy.</li>
<li>Provide therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities (Prenatal, Sports, Stretching Techniques, etc.)</li>
<li>Maintain service room to standards. All supplies are provided.</li>
<li>Full and Part-Time positions available.</li>
<li>Will consider qualified candidates beginning their careers in massage therapy who possess the right qualities and demonstrate an innate talent for and understanding of therapeutic massage.</li>

Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Desire to be part of a team that has an infectious passion for health and wellness.</li>
<li>License/certification required in state of practice. Must present a license/certificate during the interview process and maintain it throughout employment if hired.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities.</li>
<li>Availability during prime earning potential periods including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li>
