<p>Home builder and developer seeking to hire a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for creating and producing all printed material, digital marketing, and ensuring the active communities have the necessary branding details.</p>
<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Keep website and online inventory updated.</li>
<li>Coordinate marketing for new communities
<ul>
<li>branding, pictures, aerials, signs, renders, etc.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Post and manage Google and Facebook ads.</li>
<li>Create social media content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)</li>
<li>Attend closings as many times as possible to take photos, videos, and other media for promotional purposes.</li>
<li>Assist in the planning of open houses and events with agents.</li>
<li>Create and/or order all printed marketing materials like flyers, business cards, closing boxes and more.</li>
<li>Quote any marketing jobs that need an outside contractor.</li>
<li>Create, order and manage virtual tours and pictures.</li>
<li>Make sure broker listings have the correct information.</li>
<li>Create, promote and maintain a customer review program to increase good reviews on Google and similar platforms.</li>
<li>Find, contact and work along with real estate influencers to create a partnership media content.</li>
<li>Make new marketing proposals to administration.</li>
<li>Maintain and coordinate home staging.</li>
<li>Be present during sales meetings to present and provide marketing materials to the sales team.</li>
<li>Prepare marketing presentation and material for MTY Builders, as needed.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva.</li>
<li>Previous real estate experience is required.</li>
<li>Experience in marketing in social media.</li>
<li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Bilingual, English/Spanish.</li>
<li>Proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends.</li>
