JOB TITLE: OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
REPORTS TO: SALES DIRECTOR
"New Beginning Cleaners" is in search of a driven Salesperson in the Syracuse region to join our thriving Janitorial Company.
We are seeking top-tier performers – a standout sales representative aiming to earn between 100k to 250k annually.

We're seeking a sharp-minded, business-savvy, sales strategist, and a proficient closer to become part of our expanding team. JOB PURPOSE: The basic function of the Outside Sales position is the marketing and selling of cleaning services. Your goal is to increase our book of business our company has and gain more revenue.
Your day to day duties will include providing quotes, explaining the services that our company offers, managing accounts, and communicating with potential of current clients as well as providing estimates. Be creative with marketing campaigns and actively seek referrals and reviews on Google. Meet goals set by the Director of Operations
<ul>
<li>Be knowledgeable about the products and services New Beginning Cleaners provides.</li>
<li>Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion</li>
<li>Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs</li>
<li>Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems</li>
<li>Answer questions about the products</li>
<li>Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements</li>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors</li>
<li>Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships</li>
<li>Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs</li>
<li>Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network</li>
<li>Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale</li>
<li>Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers</li>
<li>When necessary and requested, assist other office personnel</li>

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
<ul>
<li>Required: High School graduate</li>
</ul>
Experience:
<ul>
<li>3-5 years’ demonstrated sales experience.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge &amp; Skills:
<ul>
<li>Excellent written and oral communications skills, including:</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Spanish is desirable, but not required.</li>
<li>The use of analytical and observational skills which demonstrate an ability to work unsupervised, supervise others, follow company policy, interact with employees and clients, and schedule work in stressful situations.</li>
</ul>
Working conditions:
<ul>
<li>Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility, adaptability and resilience in a wide variety of work situations.</li>
<li>Customer service may include interacting with challenging clients and tight deadlines.</li>
<li>General office environment, with low to medium noise, low to medium heat and cold, and low to medium dust levels.</li>
<li>May be exposed to high dust, heat and noise levels when visiting field job sites and/or client locations.</li>
<li>Occasional emergency calls after hours, holidays and on weekends.</li>

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
