POSITION SUMMARY

The Technologist is a liaison between patients, provider and other members of the support team. Cath Lab / Interventional Radiographers must maintain a high degree of accuracy in radiographic positioning and exposure technique. The Cath Lab / Interventional Radiographer prepares, administers and document activities related to mediations in accordance with state regulations and institution policy. The Technologist must demonstrate an understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.

Leasing
<ul>
<li>Telephone techniques</li>
<li>Greeting and qualifying</li>

Marketing

Administrative Responsibilities

<li>Assist in preparation of weekly/monthly reports</li>

Qualifications

Explore what we have to offer and help turn your talents into a rewarding career. We’re actively seeking a Leasing Consultant for Icon Marina Village in West Palm Beach. This role will collaborate directly with the property management team to provide residents with great service. To earn potential tenants' commitment, it is essential to pay attention to their needs, provide solutions, and support them throughout the leasing process.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Interview prospective tenants while adhering to Fair Housing Standards.</li>
<li>Accompany potential tenants to model apartments to explain size and layout, available amenities and services, and lease terms.</li>
<li>Fills out the lease form or agreement and collects the security deposit.</li>
<li>Periodically inspects the state of the property and makes arrangements for essential maintenance.</li>
<li>Compiles a list of available rental units.</li>
<li>Identifies potential prospects.</li>
<li>From start to finish, managing the leasing/renewal process.</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service and build great working connections with our residents.</li>
<li>Answers incoming calls and voicemails professionally and promptly.</li>
<li>Request that the prospect fill out an application and make a deposit following the company's policies and Fair Housing regulations.</li>
<li>Process applications for approvals and update the availability report. (For example, a credit check, rental history, and so on.) Submit completed applications for approval to the Community Manager. Follow up with the candidate to provide status.</li>
<li>Ascertain that the apartment is ready for the resident to move in on the scheduled move-in date.</li>
<li>Follow up with prospects who did not close and try to close the business. If you are unable to assist a prospect, direct them to a sister community that can satisfy their needs.</li>
<li>Monitoring local market trends and updating property comparables to keep an eye on what our competitors are doing.</li>
</ul>
The ideal candidate will possess:
<ul>
<li>A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred.</li>
<li>2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, Conventional or HUD properties, or multifamily real estate.</li>
<li>Previous leasing experience is a plus, not a requirement.</li>
<li>It is vital to have a strong customer service orientation and presenting abilities.</li>
<li>Working experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li>
<li>Working as a concierge, guest services representative, front desk attendant, or reservations agent in the hotel or hospitality industry is a bonus.</li>
<li>Onesite experience a plus.</li>
