Front Desk Customer Service
<ul>
<li>Ensures that guests and members are warmly greeted and promptly assisted</li>
<li>Ensures incoming calls are answered in a professional and efficient manner</li>
<li>Ensures proper member check-in procedures are followed</li>
<li>Responds effectively to member questions, requests and concerns and escalates to management immediately if unable to resolve</li>
<li>Maintains the Maintenance Log, Fitness profiles, telephone inquiries and group fitness reservations</li>

Club Operations and Administration
<ul>
<li>Keeps front desk and lobby neat and clean at all times</li>
<li>Monitors retail goals and ensures club is on track to meet and exceed assigned goals</li>
<li>Calls all past due members with Front Desk Representatives regarding late dues and down payments</li>
<li>Partners with the maintenance and janitorial staff to immediately address any maintenance or cleanliness issues around the club</li>

Job Description

As the Front Desk Attendant, you will be our company's first point of contact. The duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. A successful Front Desk Attendant should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies promptly and effectively while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Ultimately, the duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
