<li>Creating clear objectives for lesson, units, and projects</li>
<li>Maintain a positive relationship with other staff to provide a positive learning environment for the student</li>
<li>Ability to work well with students from different backgrounds who have different abilities </li>
<li>Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of students</li>
<li>Be a strong leader and motivator to students</li>
<li>Complete other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
 
QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Valid Pennsylvania Foreign Language Teaching Certification</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Spanish or related field</li>
<li>Experience from a previous school or agency is preferred</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form</li>
<li>Must report to work regularly and punctually</li>
<li>Experience in Microsoft Office is preferred</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task</li>
</ul>
