<li>Attend preflight briefings concerning weather, altitudes, routes, emergency procedures, crew coordination, lengths of flights, food and beverage services offered, and numbers of guests</li>

Minimum Requirements

<li>Must be 21 years old at the time of application</li>

<li>High school diploma, or GED equivalent</li>

<li>Present a professional image. May not have visible body art (including tattoos), facial, multiple or upper ear piercing, gauge piercings, or extreme hair color or style while in the Flight Attendant Uniform and while in any physical position in public areas</li>

<li>Demonstrate strong customer service skills and ability to effectively diffuse and resolve difficult customer situations</li>
\n
<li>Able to read, write, and speak English proficiently</li>
\n
<li>Must be able to proficiently speak advanced/business level Korean and read Korean characters (Hangul)</li>

<li>Successfully complete an FAA-approved, unpaid eight-week intensive training program provided by Hawaiian Airlines</li>
\n
<li>Able to relocate within the state of Hawaii or the continental U.S.</li>
\n
<li>Able to be present to work alternative schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays</li>

<li>Ability to reach 82 inches vertically.</li>

<li>Ability to sit in a cabin crew jump seat with seatbelt and shoulder harness fastened.</li>

General

Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Participate in preflight briefings, produce reports, perform safety checks, and prepare aircraft.</li>
</ul>

<li>Ensure food, beverages, and other supplies are on board, sufficiently stocked, and delivered appropriately. Collect payment and/or provide an inventory of supplies to restock when applicable.</li>
<li>Make announcements, greet customers, check boarding passes, answer passenger questions, assist with bag stowage, and help those needing assistance.</li>
<li>Perform safety demonstrations, instruct customers on emergency equipment and exit row seating requirements, and use audio equipment.</li>
<li>Walk aisles to verify customers' compliance with federal regulations prior to take-offs and landings, as well as conduct periodic checks to ensure customer comfort.</li>
<li>Prepare customers and aircraft for landing, following company procedures and federal regulations.</li>
<li>Respond to any in-flight emergencies by providing necessary direction and assistance to passengers, including administering emergency first aid and completing injury/incident reports.</li>
<li>Complete and submit all required forms, reports, and paperwork.</li>
<li>Treat all customers and vendors with courtesy and respect.</li>
<li>Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.</li>

Qualification Requirements
<ul>
<li>Authorization to work in the United States.</li>
<li>Valid US Passport, not to expire within 6 months.</li>
<li>At least eighteen (18) days per month of availability.</li>
<li>High school diploma, GED, or greater.</li>
<li>Must meet minimum age requirement of 21 years of age.</li>
<li>Ability to pass drug and alcohol checks, pre-employment DOT drug test, and Criminal History Records Check (CHRC).</li>
<li>Must live within a 2-hour radius of either San Antonio, TX or Miami, FL. </li>
<li>Must have and maintain a personal cell phone.</li>

<li>Customer service experience required; hospitality or retail experience preferred.</li>
