The Crisis Clinician 2 for the Community Response Team is a non-law enforcement position that will respond to 9-8-8 calls and provide mental health consultation to individuals and families in the community who need some extra support. The position provides triage, brief assessment, consultation, and referrals to community supports. Typical Work Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday, 1:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m., with flexibility depending upon the needs of the department and program. We offer the following recruitment bonus, prorated based on FTE:

The primary responsibility of this class is to provide assessment and treatment services, crisis intervention, and treatment services, including intensive services, to individuals and their families with complex needs and diagnoses or to develop and implement specific services in the community. SUPERVISION EXERCISED Primary supervision of employees is not a responsibility of this classification; however, positions may act as lead workers as defined in the Marion County Personnel Rules. Typical Duties - Duties include, but are not limited to the following The incumbent in this position upholds confidentiality rules/regulations including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. Services may be delivered in person or via telehealth; services may be delivered in the following locations, but not limited to office or in the community including settings necessary to deliver addiction counseling services (e.g., PCC, schools, hospitals, jail, courtroom, residences including transitional treatment bed). The incumbent performs all of the following using a person-centered, strengths-based, recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and ethically guided approach. This position is stationed and dispatched from the Psychiatric Crisis Center. 
<ul>
<li>Respond to 9-8-8 calls and provide mental health consultation to individuals in the community. Provide triage, brief assessment, consultation, and referrals to the residents engaged by the program as needed. </li>
<li>Document services in a timely fashion meeting all standards and expectations per MCHHS policies. </li>
<li>Answer phones by being logged into Touchpoint at all times </li>
<li>Provide follow up case management to residents that were engaged in the community with their partner or refer to the Navigators. </li>
<li>Provide back up to PCC as needed to include answering phones by logging into Touchpoint and conducting mental health assessments. Provide counseling by telephone or in-person to individuals and/or their families or concerned others. Intervene with both children and adults. Presenting problems covering the full range of personal needs and include thoughts/plans or violence toward others, and major psychiatric illness. Because of the wide spectrum of presenting problems, it is necessary to have a comprehensive knowledge of psychopathology and to be able to draw upon a wide range of therapeutic strategies in counseling. Perform independent assessment of mental status, diagnosis, level of functioning, dangerousness, and specific needs for service. Screen individual for psychiatric hospitalization. Develop plan with client/family to address immediate needs and plans to obtain services. If client is unwilling to seek services, make decisions regarding involuntary hospitalization based on dangerousness and ability to care for self. Maintain current knowledge of, and contact with, community agencies to make referrals appropriately. </li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li>

Response Level 2: In the event of an emergency, employee makes a reasonable effort to report to work. Employee may be required to perform duties outside of their regularly assigned duties. Employee may be requested to work an extended or flexible schedule. Staff at this response level must complete Incident Command System 100 and 700 on-line or in-person training. <li>Master's degree in psychology, social work, recreational therapy, music therapy, art therapy or a behavioral science field; OR</li>

Under the direction of the Showroom Manager, Consultants provide the best possible customer satisfaction to By the Yard's customers by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and problems by phone, email, and in person. Other primary duties include preparing and processing sales quotes and orders and ensuring the customer-facing areas are always in the best possible condition, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
 
This position is non-commission.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Greet and help customers in the showroom or store. Assist with whatever is needed to facilitate the selection and purchase of the order. 
· Answer incoming customer telephone calls. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers by ensuring the best possible customer satisfaction by providing expertise in our furniture and related services. 
· Provide accurate and timely information regarding the status of open orders to customers as requested and record all communications. 
· Receive customer inquiries, problems, and complaints regarding products, services, billing, applications. Forward customers to the correct departments as needed. 
· Enter all required information into the computerized systems to create and maintain the customer database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare documents, letters, correspondence, etc. 
· Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, processes, etc. in a timely manner. 
· Maintain departmental housekeeping standards. Make sure that the store/showroom, and surrounding areas are in inspection-ready condition at all times.

· May work with the marketing department to ensure that all current marketing flyers are going to the correct customers within the correct dates and geographic locations. 
· This position will be required to make deliveries and assist drivers with completing enhanced deliveries. An enhanced delivery involves specific furniture placement at the customer's home which typically requires two team members to accomplish.

Job Summary: The Interior Design Consultant is responsible for providing clients with custom window treatments, blinds, shades, and interior design services. ​ They will work closely with the Operations staff to ensure excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process. ​ Key responsibilities include educating clients about products, recommending suitable options, generating quotes, obtaining deposits, and overseeing the project until completion. The Design Consultant will also assist with floor duty, greet clients, address concerns, and maintain a positive and professional attitude. ​
General Responsibilities:

<li>Educate clients about all products offered, including stock and custom window fashions, blinds, shades, and shutter options. ​</li>
<li>Participate in marketing and training programs and utilize POS computer systems and technology. ​</li>
<li>Effectively demonstrate samples and products to clients in-store and during home appointments. ​</li>
<li>Generate quotes in an efficient and timely manner. ​</li>
<li>Obtain a 50% deposit before placing an order. ​</li>
<li>Offer measurement and installation services for drapery products and blinds/shutters. ​</li>

<li>Oversee mis-measures, defective products, and product re-orders, and maintain communication with clients and Operations. ​</li>

CCTC is seeking a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) for our Integrated Services Program. The BHC will be responsible for integrating mental/behavioral health approaches and practices by supporting parents/caregivers as well as Philadelphia Youth Basketball (PYB) center staff in meeting the mental/behavioral health needs of children and youth.
Summary of Essential Functions:

<li>Provide program consultation to Philadelphia Youth Basketball center personnel in support of developing and enhancing positive, trauma-informed learning environments.</li>
