Job Summary and Qualifications
Under the direction of the Radiology Director and Radiology Operations Supervisor, performs those duties directly&nbsp;involved with a variety of Ultrasound imaging procedures and applying high frequency wound waves to provide static,real time, and doppler images/wave forms of the internal human anatomy to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of&nbsp;diseases and pathology. Ultrasound exams are dependent upon the quality of images produced which is relative to the&nbsp;skill of the sonographer. Is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Carries out policies and&nbsp;procedures in accordance with all regulatory bodies.
