Implements agency policies, procedures, and protocols in Siena Francis House emergency shelter environments to ensure services to shelter guests meet agency’s standards of care. Supervises and trains Miracles work program participants assigned to position’s area(s) of responsibility. Completes Homeless Management Information System [HMIS] and other documentation and reporting tasks as assigned through agency policies, procedures, and protocols, and by Community Impact/Shelter Program Manager. 
Essential job Duties
<ul>
<li>Models the agency’s mission statement in all interactions with emergency shelter guests. </li>
<li>Completes the Siena Francis House Emergency Shelter Guest Mutual Expectations Review Form with emergency shelter guests upon their arrival. </li>
<li>Collaborates with emergency shelter guests to complete the Siena Francis House Emergency Shelter Guest Mutual Expectations Problem-Solving Form when issues arise. </li>
<li>Completes the Siena Francis House Emergency Shelter Guest Notice to Vacate Premises and documents these efforts in HMIS. </li>
<li>Maintains situational awareness of conditions within emergency shelter environments, implementing the agency’s de-escalation model as quickly as possible when issues arise, and securing assistance from crisis response entities when needed. </li>
<li>Completes assigned documentation tasks—including HMIS data entry, facility condition checklists, and other items—and follows up item as needed as outlined in the Siena Francis House Emergency Shelter Ongoing Monitoring Protocol, and/or as assigned by supervisor. </li>
<li>Builds rapport with emergency shelter guests and—to the extent possible—familiarizes themselves with individuals’ housing plans in order to support guests’ efforts to resolve their episode of homelessness. </li>
<li>Supports emergency shelter guests’ connections to other service providers by helping to communicate referrals, appointments, etc. to the extent possible. </li>
<li>Completes other duties as assigned. </li>

The Quality Assurance Supervisor (Night Shift) will Monitor product attributes to assure product quality is at targeted levels of the customer product specifications. Job Summary –&nbsp;This position is responsible for acquiring raw materials, composing of animal specific feed tailored to meet the diverse needs of turkeys, ultimately reaching the farms, due to the nature of the business, providing a variety of feed is essential in satisfying animal demands at various stages of their lifecycle.
Constant communications between farms, service persons, and our facilities are crucial in effective assuring our supplies are in line with our projected demand.
Essential Functions, Duties &amp; Responsibilities

·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Operation of basic laboratory equipment used in the testing procedures for feeds and/or ingredients (balances, scales, ovens, NIR instruments, moisture meters, protein analyzers, fat extractors, water baths, centrifuges, stir plates, hot plates, pH meters, burets, Elisa readers, pipettes, mortar and pestle, micropipettes, pellet durability tumbler, particle size sieves, etc.)

Feed Lab Tech

<h3>Job Description</h3>
 
The primary function of the COBRA/Direct Bill Supervisor is to facilitate accurate and efficient enrollment of members into our group's plans by managing staff, workload and communication needed for the team to be successful. The COBRA/Direct Bill Supervisor is directly accountable to the Director of Service Operations or their assignee(s). The COBRA/Direct Bill Supervisor will undergo an annual performance evaluation.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support the Team with any necessary reviews and assist in the processing of complex incoming correspondence, member responses and other such items.</li>
<li>Oversee and provide education to the team regarding COBRA laws, compliance, protection of PHI and HIPAA to ensure the team and company stay compliant.</li>
<li>Respond to internal and external escalated incoming contacts accordingly.</li>
<li>Monitor team productivity and Key Performance Indicators and work with Director to determine appropriate staffing needs.</li>

COBRA/Direct Bill Supervisor

Role
A member of the Global Drug Safety &amp; Pharmacovigilance team, focused on safety operations including but not limited to the collection and processing of safety information from various sources, quality control of safety data entry, regulatory submission of individual cases safety reports (ICSRs), and case exchange with business partner.
Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Perform both real-time and retrospective quality control of safety case data entry&nbsp; to ensure quality and compliance with the data entry conventions and MedDRA/WHO DD coding conventions.</li>
<li>Support the management of the daily safety case workload as needed ensuring compliance with regulatory submissions and internal timelines&nbsp; including, but not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Monitoring the workflow status of safety cases and or the pending regulatory submissions of ICSRs.</li>
<li>Communicating to safety vendor, safety physicians, and/or submission stakeholders as needed</li>

<li>Provide guidance on questions concerning Safety Operations based on, not only company conventions, but also ICH and regulatory guidance.</li>
<li>Ensure the reporting destinations are correctly populated for each safety case and approve a regulatory report for all destinations in the safety database as applicable.</li>
<li>Monitor and triage email communications received in Safety Operation Mailboxes</li>
<li>Review and, with oversight, provide input on behalf of Safety Operations on individual study-specific documents including but, but not limited to, Safety Operational Management Plan, SAE Reconciliation Plan, Data Validation Plan, and Safety Reporting Form Specifications Document.</li>
<li>Support the set-up and maintenance of individual study-specific activities.</li>
<li>Perform reconciliation with internal/external stakeholders to ensure cases are exchanged as per the relevant agreement.</li>
<li>Analyze and provide reason(s) for late submission/distribution of safety reports, as applicable.</li>
<li>Contribute to the creation or updating of Standard Operating Procedures, Working Instructions, and training materials concerning safety case processing and operations.</li>
<li>Participate or support Genmab initiatives and projects on Safety Operations behalf</li>
<li>Other activities, as needed or as requested by supervisor.</li>

Skills and Experience
Drug Safety professional with minimum 3 years of experience within drug safety and PV inclusive of case quality control and regulatory submissions of ICSRs worldwide.

<li>Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in science.</li>
<li>Knowledge of ICH E2B(R2) and (R3) specifications and entry guidance.</li>
<li>Knowledge of pharmacovigilance reporting rules and timelines.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret health and medical records such as adverse event reporting forms, a discharge summary, etc.</li>
<li>Experience with clinical and/or post-marketing case processing, including MedDRA and WHO DD coding and narrative writing.</li>
<li>Experience with safety database; Argus is a plus but not mandatory.</li>
<li>Experience with EDC for clinical trial data collection is a plus but not mandatory.</li>
<li>Excellent in detailed-oriented tasks.</li>
