<h2>Project Engineer</h2>
The Project Engineer’s responsibility is to manage capital and R&amp;M investment projects relating to the company's fixed assets. This could involve the relocation and optimizing of the existing fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets. Essential Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Defining project tasks, develop and manage full scale project plans and changes to achieve project objectives.</li>

Position Purpose:

Fiscal Duties/Payroll

<li>Oversees petty cash and related records.</li>

<li>Processes, audits and submits bi-monthly payroll for ABH. <li>Orders printing orders, business cards, forms, books/magazines/education materials, as requested. Assures that items are priced correctly, charged to the proper cost center/account number, then routed to administration for payment. Signs off and submits bills for payment.</li>
<li>Discusses with clinical/program supervisor any problems with any of the payables.</li>
<li>Serves as contacts for P-cards at Silverton Rd Ste B. Signs in and out P-cards to staff and supervisors.</li>

Position Overview
The director of donor impact at the VermontCommunity Foundation (VCF) is responsible for leading stewardshipactivities for fundholders and donors, to expand the VCF’scharitable impact in Vermont by doubling the dollars sustainablyactive in the community by 2027. The director's primaryresponsibilities include:

The director oversees the donor impact strategy, which supports andinspires fundholders to utilize their full charitable capacity withVCF. This includes developing effective fundholder stewardshipstrategies, measuring success in delivering donor services, andusing data to continually enhance the stewardship program andinform product innovation. The director collaborates closely withthe Philanthropic team, Grants and Community Impact (GCI) team,Finance team, and Communications team, to develop processes,proposals, and content that align with fundholder and donorinterests. They utilize technology and data systems to track donorpreferences and inform stewardship plans and productdevelopment.
The VCF is on a growth trajectory and is looking for leaders with agrowth mindset. As a member of the leadership team for VCF, thisposition models VCF’s core values and serves as a positive rolemodel for change. This position also sits on the Philanthropydepartment’s leadership team. In this capacity, the director helpsto set department goals and targets for success and commits topersonal and professional development.
This position is full-time and  manages a full-time donorimpact specialist. The director reports to the VP forPhilanthropy.
Essential Responsibilities
Donor Impact Strategy
<ul>
<li>Oversee the donor impact plan to support and inspirefundholders and donors to utilize their full charitable capacitywith VCF and to make a difference with their giving in Vermont andbeyond</li>
<li>In close partnership with colleagues on the Philanthropy team,develop targeted stewardship plans for fundholders and professionaladvisors</li>
<li>Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team todefine and generate leads, refine campaigns, and analyzeoutcomes</li>
<li>Develop benchmarks of success for donor stewardship andcustomer service</li>
<li>Leverage software to continually enhance the stewardshipprogram, inform marketing, and generate opportunities for businessdevelopment and product innovation</li>
<li>Oversee the administrative workflow of all funds and the newfundholder orientation process</li>
<li>Lead organization-wide customer service training forcommunicating and working with donors, fundholders, andprospects</li>

  Knowledge and Data Management

<li>Collaborate with the GCI team to generate landscape scans,grant slates, and other stewardship needs for fundholders</li>
<li>Serve as primary liaison with the Marketing and Communicationsteam to leverage Insight Hub content that inspires and supportsfundholder and donor interests</li>

Position Purpose:
This safety sensitive position is responsible for the leasing and marketing function of the property. Assisting the Community Manager with the overall operational and financial success of the residential property and exceeding resident service standards.

Key Contributions:
Financial/Marketing: Support the Community Manager by achieving the occupancy and rental goals of the property. Maintaining a closing percentage of at least 30%. Assures that prospective residents are reached through advertising and further markets the property by responding to phone inquires and property tours. Assisting in accurate preparation and administration of all leasing activities and rental traffic reports. Assist the resident management in the completion of market studies.
Management: Assist Community Manager with overall operations of the community by promoting positive resident relations, handling resident complaints, and rent collections. In the absence and direction of the Community Manager supervises, motivates, and directs the staff by promoting teamwork to achieve a common goal.
Property Appearance/Upkeep: Keep the property in a neat, clean, and well-maintained condition. Daily exterior and interior inspections of the community to assure curb appeal, maintenance, cleanliness and safety procedures are being followed.
Customer Service: Ensure that the residential property meets and exceeds company standards for resident satisfaction and being available on a 24-hour emergency basis when scheduled. Plan and participate in community activities, as well as, other projects as assigned.

Position Summary: This role is intended to lead a Production Maintenance team.  Organize, administrate, optimize Maintenance Management and Production Maintenance activities, and oversee Project Management. Reduce the cost of maintenance and optimize department maintenance execution as well as management of outside contractors. Direct and oversee the Production Maintenance teams daily and project activities to ensure efficiency and productivity of the Production Maintenance team.   This is a working Group Lead position and is expected to contribute to the maintenance activities in the production area at least 70% of the time and perform administrative tasks in the office 30% of the time.    Primary Responsibilities:

<li>Responsible to follow all site Safety Policies/OSHA policies including requirements as related to personal protection equipment as needed to perform routine and non-routine duties.</li>

 Education, Skills, &amp; Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 8 years of professional maintenance experience with strong hands-on knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems. OR
<ul>
<li>Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with manufacturing equipment, CMMS, and spare parts inventory management preferred.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Experience in a regulated environment desired.</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years in a leadership role. </li>
