In this position, you would provide mental health therapy to individuals diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illnesses (SPMI). Act as a task supervisor for interns and staff, provide clinical supervision to mental health professionals, to perform various advanced, specialized clinical and treatment services for individuals receiving services and their families. 
SUPERVISION RECEIVED Work under the general supervision of a manager or supervisor, who assigns work, establishes goals, and reviews the results for overall effectiveness. Per Oregon Health Authority, Behavioral Health Services Rule 309-019-0130: Program staff providing direct services shall receive clinical supervision by a qualified clinical supervisor related to the development, implementation, and outcome of services, documentation of two hours per month of supervision for each individual supervised.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED Primary supervision of employees is not a responsibility of this classification; however, positions may act as lead workers, as defined in the Marion County Personnel Rules. May assist in the supervision of interns and volunteers.
Typical Duties - Duties include, but are not limited to the following

<li>Provide advanced and specialized therapeutic interventions to individuals, such as EMDR, advanced DBT, ACT, etc.</li>
<li>Work independently to provide crisis assessment and specific intervention services, including development of safety/crisis plans and suicide and self-harm risk assessments. </li>
</ul>
Case Management &amp; Consultation 
<ul>
<li>Determine individual service needs, eligibility, and appropriateness of services. </li>
<li>Provide case management to include making referrals and coordinating with other agencies to obtain services and resources for individuals; and advocacy and brokerage on behalf of client to access community resources, benefits, and entitlements. </li>
<li>Provides individual case specific consultation to other providers and community partners, which may include recommendations for risk reduction.</li>
<li>Work on development of individuals' natural supports.</li>
<li>May make recommendations for the courts regarding individual status, including risk factors and level of functioning.</li>

<li>Provide intake and annual comprehensive mental health assessments, including assessing mental health and/or behavioral symptoms using a variety of standard assessment tools, individual functional skills, determining treatment needs, developing individualized treatment plans, developing crisis prevention plans, and directing provision of treatment services. </li>
<li>Assess, develop, and direct individual mental health, functional skills, and behavioral symptoms using various standard assessment tools and customized individual treatment plans.</li>
</ul>
Licensed Duties 
<ul>
<li>Act as a lead clinician, providing clinical consultation and assistance to interns and other staff members, including acting as a lead clinician in specific treatment areas requiring advanced training or expertise. </li>
<li>Review and evaluate treatment plans and therapeutic techniques of other staff. </li>
<li>Analyze individuals' symptoms and advice less experienced staff on appropriate treatment, changes in the treatment plan, and/or diagnosis. </li>
<li>May assist in the supervision of student interns and volunteers. </li>
<li>May assist with clinical supervision for mental health professionals. </li>
<li>Coordinate treatment or other educational and consultative services with community agencies and programs. </li>

Requirements for the Position
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
<li>Master's degree in psychology, social work, recreational therapy, music therapy, art therapy, or a behavioral science field; OR</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in nursing or occupational therapy and licensed by the State of Oregon; AND</li>
<li>One year of postgraduate degree experience in the behavioral health field.</li>
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

<li>State of Oregon licensure, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC) or Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT).</li>

Donor Impact Strategy

Retail Store Sales Associate - Part Time Dulux

This role will support AI business across multiple branches. Wyaconda/Memphis, Unionville/Newtown/Worthington, Seymour.
The AGRIntelligence (AI) Area Technician is responsible for training and assisting the branch location in the implementation and use of precision agriculture technologies including soil sampling, EC data collection and yield monitoring in addition to other tasks related to customer service of precision agriculture information management services. This position also supports the AI Technicians at the branch.
Helena's trademarked "AGRIntelligence" business, often referred to as "AI" internally, was developed by Helena over 20 years ago to focus exclusively on creating new and innovative technologies to analyze each specific field to help guide our growers critical decisions and prevent potential problems in an effort to help make them more successful year after year.
The employee's primary duty must be the performance of office or non-manual work directly related to the management or general business operations of Helena or Helena's customers. This also includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance. 
What your day may look like
<ul>
<li> Researches and evaluates new Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other technologies.</li>
<li> Reviews and performs the necessary quality control on AI products created for customers.</li>
<li> Delivers and communicates AI products and services to customers and presents to the customer with the assistance of the sales team.</li>
<li> Assists the sales team with the positioning and selling of AI products and services.</li>
<li> Communicates with the AI Information Specialist and AI Services Manager to deliver AI products and services that meet company standards.</li>
<li> Ensures that AI products and services meet the company standards and requirements.</li>
<li> Communicates and interacts with the branch manager, sales team, AI field support center and other AI teams members regularly to meet customer deadlines and expectations.</li>
<li> Provides technical training and support to the Helena team and customers who are utilizing the AI services</li>
<li> Acts as the primary source of all AI field work such as soil sampling, tissue sampling, Veris machine work, setting field boundaries, etc.</li>
<li> Works as the liaison between the branch and the Division Agronomist in all matters related to AI services.</li>
<li> Assists the branch in all service-related sales such as seed treating and other services. This includes being heavily involved and in many cases, acting as the primary person responsible in the treatment of all seed that is treated by the branch team.</li>
<li> Performs and/or facilitates teaching activities on the use of GPS-related field and office software.</li>
<li> Performs analysis based upon gathered field data to determine field management strategies. Makes field and crop recommendations based upon analysis.</li>
<li> Trains and assists location team with precision farming activities including gathering soil samples using GIS technology and training in the use of electrical conductivity equipment (i.e. Veris, EM38).</li>
<li> Serves as the key contact for hardware and software issues including providing troubleshooting assistance to the locations and farmers for the operation of precision agriculture software and hardware components.</li>
<li> Ensures that all data collected through the functions of the job are safely and securely transferred to the central processing center for timely processing.</li>
<li> Installs precision agriculture equipment such as VRT hardware, yield monitors, computers and software at the locations, in the farmers' fields and in application equipment.</li>
<li> Other work-related duties as assigned by leader.</li>
<li> Reliable and regular attendance is expected.</li>
</ul>
Education and experience needed for this position
<ul>
<li>A bachelor's degree and two years of related work experience is required or no degree and five years of related work experience is required. </li>
</ul>

<li> General understanding of geography and GPS systems. </li>
<li> Verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li> Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.</li>
<li> Valid driver's license.</li>
<li> Ability to travel up to 30-35% is required. </li>

Your work environment and the physical aspects of the job

The work environment for this position may require the employee to work in an outdoor setting in all types of weather conditions with exposure to outdoor elements. This position requires you to use your hands for many different tasks and to talk, hear, walk, stand and sit. You may be occasionally required to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
