Maintenance Engineer
Location: Newport Plant in Newport, Arkansas
The Maintenance Engineer position is responsible for working closely with the Maintenance and Reliability Engineers in implementing tactical and strategic maintenance and reliability strategies for plant equipment, maintenance practices, and equipment commissioning. When equipment fails, the Maintenance Engineer will analyze the failures, isolate the failure modes, and ensure that time-sensitive issues are addressed promptly. Per Oregon Health Authority, Behavioral Health Services Rule 309-019-0130: Program staff providing direct services shall receive clinical supervision by a qualified clinical supervisor related to the development, implementation, and outcome of services, documentation of two hours per month of supervision for each individual supervised. SUPERVISION EXERCISED Primary supervision of employees is not a responsibility of this classification; however, positions may act as lead workers, as defined in the Marion County Personnel Rules. GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES Perform complex management analysis and coordination activities that have department or countywide scope and impact with significant community involvement, including program research and development, forming and chairing special task forces and committees involving the county and members of the community, and coordinating and administering a variety of special programs.
