Position Summary Description The Alumni Engagement and Giving Officer reports to the SeniorDirector of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving. This position willbe responsible for developing and implementing fundraisinginitiatives to increase alumni participation and philanthropicsupport for department programs, including but not excluded toclass reunions, regional, and affinity programs. Essential Functions and Specific Duties

Qualifications:

The Mayor's Office of Community Relations and Services (MOCRS) enacts resolutions to issues facing residents efficiently and proactively, through collaborative partnerships with District of Columbia Government agencies, offices or elected officials and a relentless commitment to the betterment of our community.  The Director of the Mayor's Office of Community Relations and Services (MOCRS) is an appointed member of the Bowser Administration, and serves as a member of the Mayor's Cabinet.

Constituent Engagement and Services Manager
A new addition to team MOCRS, the Constituent Engagement and Services Manager will represent the Executive Office of the Mayor in handling constituent issues and work under the supervision of the Director of MOCRS.   The CSL will serve as the primary manager of constituent engagement and service coordination in their assigned Ward, and will manage a Ward Engagement Team, including Community Outreach and Relations Specialists (MOCRS) and Assistant MOCRS.  
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Lead a Ward Engagement Team in identifying and serve as one of the Mayor's primary representatives to address constituents issues. </li>
<li>Coordinate effective and timely response to individual constituent inquiries, concerns, and requests for assistance (in person, via phone, email, and mail) within assigned Ward.</li>
<li>Assist constituents with addressing a range of concerns including, but not limited to housing, health care, social service, education, environment, and economic development issues</li>
<li>Maintain relationships with District stakeholders, Council, Advisory Neighborhood Commissions (ANC), government agencies, community boards, block/tenant associations, non-profit organizations etc., to ensure responsiveness to constituent concerns and quality service delivery</li>
<li>Monitor and track constituent correspondence and related engagements in online database</li>
<li>Conduct follow-up with relevant agencies to track progress and ensure resolution on all requests, providing thorough oversight from initial contact to final case closing</li>
<li>Provide periodic reports for the District Director on active and pending cases in assigned issue areas, and updates documenting agency responses to inquiries and requests</li>
<li>Identify emerging community issues and assess cases for trending problems which may require more in depth coordinated response or policy action, and make recommendations to help guide the office’s response, as appropriate</li>

Position Summary
The Center is hiring a Program Associate to join a team dedicated to helping middle and working-class homeowners throughout the state with a broad range of issues including foreclosure prevention, scam prevention, coastal recovery and resiliency, and more. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing impactful and high-quality experiences to marginalized populations to staff our direct services programs including our foreclosure prevention and resiliency hotlines, our live chat counseling service, and client support services for our lending programs. The Program Associate is a full-time, non-exempt position based in our office in New York, NY.  Program Associates serve as gateways to New York neighborhoods that assess and triage multi-layered client issues and coordinate with various non-profit and governmental partners. Program Associates directly further the Center’s mission to promote and protect affordable homeownership by engaging with homeowners through phone calls, online live-help platforms, and outreach events.

<li>Serves as primary liaison with Benedum and other venue ticketing staff day-to-day and at performances. Provides materials and training to box office staff on the operas, special offers, etc.</li>

<li>Supervise the planning of event logistics and serve as the staff manager on event day to provide an excellent experience for all participants.</li>
<li>Ensure the Coordinator accurately updates all databases as required.</li>
<li>Complete special projects and serve as the local contact for third party events in the community as the opportunities become available or as assigned.</li>

Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Non-Profit Management, Marketing, or related field required</li>
<li>Minimum of 3-5 years’ fundraising experience</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in external relationship management and volunteer recruitment</li>
<li>Proven ability to cultivate and steward relationships across a diverse population</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment</li>
<li>Superb organizational skills with a strong attention to details</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficient in social &amp; digital media</li>
<li>Must have a valid Driver’s license and your own reliable transportation with the ability to travel within assigned area 40% of the time for meetings and conferences, as well as the flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends with some overnights required </li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. (event supplies)</li>

Compensation: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The target hiring range for this position is between $60,000 and $64,000 per annum.
