Per Oregon Health Authority, Behavioral Health Services Rule 309-019-0130: Program staff providing direct services shall receive clinical supervision by a qualified clinical supervisor related to the development, implementation, and outcome of services, documentation of two hours per month of supervision for each individual supervised.

Bilingual Mental Health Therapist, Licensed - Children's Behavioral Health - Relocation Offered

The ideal candidate will reside in Oregon, Washington, Northern Idaho, Alaska, or Montana.     The Regional Microbiology Specialist is responsible for the sale of bioMerieux’s Microbiology suite of products in a defined sales region. This involves coordinated activities with other Sales and commercial team colleagues in maintaining, protecting, and growing the existing base of Microbiology business and gaining new microbiology reagent and equipment business. Counseling to Crisis Clients: Provide counseling by telephone or in-person to individuals and/or their families or concerned others. Intervene with both children and adults. Presenting problems covering the full range of personal needs and include thoughts/plans or violence toward others, and major psychiatric illness. Because of the wide spectrum of presenting problems, it is necessary to have a comprehensive knowledge of psychopathology and to be able to draw upon a wide range of therapeutic strategies in counseling. This work is done at two different locations each day (at the Salem Hospital Emergency Dept. and at PCC), so driving is required.
Assessment of Mental Status: Perform independent assessment of mental status, diagnosis, level of functioning, dangerousness, and specific needs for service. Screen individual for psychiatric hospitalization.
Planning Development: Develop plan with client/family to address immediate needs and plans to obtain services. If client is unwilling to seek services, make decisions regarding involuntary commitment based on dangerousness and ability to care for self.
Community Coordination: Maintain current knowledge of, and contact with, community agencies in order to make referrals appropriately. See that clients gain access to the services they need, and do follow-up work as needed, to make certain that client's needs are being met.

Bilingual Crisis Clinician 2 (Underfill) - Part-time - Relocation Offered

The ideal candidate will reside within the California Central Valley/Las Vegas area.        The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing the Microbiology, Immunoassay, Molecular and Vision Suite customer base. This role will focus on creating new business opportunities through the placement of instruments, reagents and services leading to increased revenues for the company within a designated Region. The Account Manager is directly responsible for achieving the territory sales goals and maintaining existing customers within their assigned territory in order to sustainably achieve high performance in terms of customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability. The Account Manager acts as the direct contact to the customer and is accountable as the point person for all communication both internally and externally.      The estimated salary range for this role based in California is between $ 91,000 and $ 133,000 annually. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bioMerieux’s bonus program. Because of the wide spectrum of presenting problems, it is necessary to have a comprehensive knowledge of psychopathology and to be able to draw upon a wide range of therapeutic strategies in counseling. Perform independent assessment of mental status, diagnosis, level of functioning, dangerousness, and specific needs for service. Screen individual for psychiatric hospitalization. Develop plan with client/family to address immediate needs and plans to obtain services. If client is unwilling to seek services, make decisions regarding involuntary hospitalization based on dangerousness and ability to care for self. Maintain current knowledge of, and contact with, community agencies to make referrals appropriately.</li>

Marion County offers a generous benefits package to regular employees working 50% or more of the regularly scheduled work week and their eligible dependents. Temporary employees and part-time regular employees working less than 50% of the regularly scheduled work week are not eligible for benefits.
