Pay: TBD based on experience
Payment shall be paid bi-weekly throughout the year and will be direct deposited into your account. Payroll will always be paid out on the first Monday of the following work period with pay covering the previous two weeks.
Employment Type: Full-Time
This position will be considered full-time with a working schedule that maintains approximately 95% of work in office and 5% of work can be done remotely at home and on location with clients. The salary structure with annual reviews is aimed at developing a strategic business partner who can grow with the company and help the company excel and grow in tandem.
Hours Per Week: TBD
The standard 40 hour work week applies to this role, however it is expected that we will flex our hours from one week to the next depending on projects meeting client deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of clients assets. Our goal is to have a conscious work/life balance, but also put forth an effort that gives Mixed Handed Branding the best opportunity to succeed.
Annual Review &amp; Progress: January each year
Each year we will have an official review of duties, roles and responsibilities as they pertain to the growth and functionality of Mixed Handed Branding and the employee. We will set annual performance goals that allow us to track our progress and success as an organization and as individuals. Each year will provide an opportunity to negotiate salary raises as it pertains to roles and responsibility growth. Our annual review will serve as an open dialogue to adjust, focus, or otherwise improve our ability to be financially and creatively successful. It is our expectation that your salary status will change and grow in conjunction with your growth.

Vacation Leave:
Employee shall receive 10 days of paid vacation leave each year. Vacation leave expires annually on December 31st and is automatically reset to 10 days of leave. After all vacation leave is exhausted, sick leave will be substituted until it has been exhausted. Vacation leave is meant to evoke excitement reprieve from the day to day... So if you need more time, lets talk about flex time and if that will work to help extend the time you need to be well and healthy. (Vacation leave for 2023 will be capped at 2 days until December 31, 2022)
Holidays:
We will observe 13 total Holidays as listed below. We will also take an additional 1 week off from Christmas day to New Years day in order to spend time with friends and family. This total holiday package equals 18 days throughout the year, and may have some conflicting deadlines and clients deliverables. In the event that there are extenuating circumstances preventing our ability to observe the holiday day off, we will work together to find a solution that works best for all parties involved.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager focused on successful project management and change management for People program launches, enhancements, and ongoing deployment. As the Project Manager responsible for driving prioritized projects across the organization, you'll be a key partner to the HR team. You'll collaborate closely with the HR team and other functions within DISH to identify project objectives, develop project plans, and manage timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating and managing project plans to ensure deadlines are met, potential roadblocks and risks are anticipated, escalated, solved for, and quality and alignment across programs are delivered 
* Ensuring the right stakeholders are involved in the right way and at the right times, based on a decision-making model 
* Facilitating alignment on project plans, leveraging functional expertise, and driving timely execution of deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders 
* Partnering with the cross-functional leads to set up their processes for success, including tracking against project plans, capturing notes and action items in key meetings, and regularly sending out status reports to relevant stakeholders 
* Conducting post-project/program evaluations in partnership with the workforce strategy team, including capturing relevant, timely feedback and incorporating successes and areas for improvement into future iterations of the programs 
* Support ad hoc projects and initiatives, as needed

Skills, Experience and Requirements
If this sounds like you, you probably have experience with:
* 4 plus year of program/project management experience 
* HR program/project management in a complex, multi-functional, and global environment 
* Communicating directly with cross-functional partners, including effective conflict management, prioritizing and managing stakeholder requests 
* Leading development and execution of communication plans, communication collateral, training, and change adoption strategies 
* Presenting to groups at all levels and the ability to answer questions with poise and confidence, while relating in an approachable manner 
* Developing, drafting, and managing complex workflows, planning and coordinating across multiple delivery teams and against aggressive timelines 
* Assisting in retrospectives, feedback gathering, and data analysis to drive proactive planning for future development
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range provided is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies. Compensation is also based on the role's location and may change depending on the work location. Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
