SUMMARY
The Clinical Outcomes Engineer (COE) will partner closely with the Customer Success team in providing an unparalleled level of value and credibility to our nation’s largest and most complex health systems. 
As a subject matter advisor to prospective and existing clients, you will leverage deep clinical experience with provider executives and ultimately ensure the ABOUT solution delivers the expected outcomes across key operational value drivers. The Clinical Outcomes Engineer will lead the clinical components of value delivery throughout the customer journey including: Pre-Sales, Implementation, Post-Sales, and Renewals.
The Clinical Outcomes Engineer (COE) is responsible for a clear client vision supported by measurable outcomes and a roadmap of how to transform from current state to ideal future state. It is your responsibility to understand the client environment, our tools and services, and ultimately to bring that vision of value to life.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

<li>Identifies internal and external project stakeholders, defines governance structure and establishes interaction cadence, including internal team members who will support the value delivery.</li>
<li>Defines success by establishing critical success factors and key value drivers; educates internal team members who will support value delivery (such as project management &amp; implementation).</li>
<li>Reviews client’s current state data and analyze workflows, methods, tools and opportunity areas.</li>
<li>Leads the creation of a gap analysis from current to future state, serving as the foundation for the client roadmap strategy, </li>
<li>Identifies key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements; engages internal data, analytics &amp; reporting team for execution. </li>
<li>Owns the original baseline vs. current vs. projected set of client data and performance monitoring; inspects trends and any significant performance indicators (positive or negative). </li>
<li>Represents data to clients with executive level insights and recommended interventions to achieve ideal state. </li>
<li>Stays aligned to clients and works with Customer Success team to build long-term engagement plans based on client maturity vision (the next logical step in the client’s journey with ABOUT). </li>
<li>As a subject matter expert and client-facing team member, provides industry and customer insights to the product, marketing, and sales teams.</li>
<li>Travels up to 50%. </li>

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Need to Have:

<li>5+ years of clinical or frontline healthcare system experience with direct engagement with senior level executives and/or providers.</li>
<li>Experience working in (or expert operational knowledge of) a patient flow/throughput.</li>
<li>Experience assessing provider operating models at a workflow level for improvement opportunities.</li>
</ul>
Nice to Have:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), clinical informatics or other relevant healthcare topic.</li>
<li>Experience working with at least two electronic health record (EHR) systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.) and hospital administrators (CMO, CNO, ED Director, etc.).</li>
<li>Active or expired Registered Nurse (RN) license. </li>

Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation for every patient care under your care; update all patient files within Liquid Lounge timing policies (typically same day) and ensure all members of the medical staff do the same.
Be a team player; help without being asked, pitch in wherever you can; do what needs to be done.
Sales:
Be familiar with Liquid Lounge membership programs and promotions so that you can make a recommendation if appropriate that will help a patient save money, maximize results, or try a new treatment that might be a good fit for them.
Daily Operations:
Follow Liquid Lounge procedures for patient check-in, check-out, rooming, follow-ups, and other aspects of daily operations.

This position focuses on bar logistics and communication and coordination with clients, vendors, and other departments for the success and execution of an event. DIRECTOR OF NURSING POSITION SUMMARY 
The Director of Nursing (DON) is a supervisory nursing position who works in a correctional setting in which nursing services are required on a 24-hour basis. The DON supervises and coordinates the activities of nursing personnel in one or more patient care units. The DON verifies that patients’ needs are met and evaluates nursing care and patient care unit performance. They participate in the planning of work for assigned units and coordinate activities with other patient units/departments. The position provides an excellent learning experience for FT's, as they are expected to develop comprehensive assessment and treatment plans with the residents and their families/caregivers and then become familiar with presenting these to administration, faculty, referral sources, etc. as part of the treatment team process. In addition, FT's are expected to build a positive therapeutic rapport with their assigned students and caregivers while working to enhance accountability through utilization of the caregivers, restorative justice planning and other interventions designed to improve relationships and work through past and current stressors related to family dynamics. FT's are the overarching facilitator of family treatment. They will work with the student's clinical team (if applicable) to relay the goals and objectives within the treatment plan to the respective treatment team members. Family Therapists will also work with Permanency Coordinators to identify strategies to promote any of the family work that is being implemented. <li>Perform global classroom observations at the beginning, and in the middle of, each program year, to include documentation and recommendations.</li>
<li>Perform individual observations when requested by teaching teams, to include documentation and recommendations. </li>
<li>Ensures that children receive necessary services offered both by the program and outside organization. </li>

RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Work with Health Services team to Identify children who would benefit from individual therapy.</li>
<li>Update and maintain treatment plans for each client on caseload.</li>
<li>Provide referrals and/or connections to therapy and applicable services outside of the agency.</li>
<li>Work closely and collaborate with the Behavioral Health Therapist to identify students in need of therapy, brainstorm solutions to support students in the classroom. </li>
<li>Create and facilitate workshops for staff and families.</li>
<li>Attend and/or facilitate child specific staff meetings when requested.</li>
<li>Advocate for mental health best practices and ethical standards within the agency. </li>
<li>Create and customize therapy manual, informed consent, and other forms as necessary.</li>
<li>Identify and attend relative training to satisfy annual licensure requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain record of client contact hours for fulfilling licensure hours as necessary. </li>
<li>Seek out and complete opportunities for continuing education in the field of play therapy, early childhood development, trauma, and mental health techniques for young children. </li>
<li>Meet with clinical supervisor weekly to discuss cases and concerns. </li>

Head Start, Inc. uses the strategy of Active Supervision to ensure that no child is left unattended while in the care of Head Start, Inc. Incidents of children left unsupervised must be immediately reported to the Executive Director.
All Head Start, Inc. employees are responsible for the safety of children in our program. Active Supervision requires focused attention and intentional observation of children at all times. All employees who care for children position themselves in classrooms, on playgrounds, in hallways, on buses, on field trips and in any space where children are present so that they can observe all of the children: watching, counting, and listening at all times. They also use their knowledge of each child's development and abilities to anticipate what he/she will do, then get involved and redirect them when necessary.

Requirements:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
A baccalaureate degree in sociology, health education guidance and counseling, social work, or related field. At least two years of experience as a paraprofessional in a preschool, mental health or social services agency is preferred.
