POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance/Trainer (QA/T) is responsible for establishing and improving processes that ensure the Customer Service (CS) team is well-versed in the policies, procedures, product knowledge, and services offered by PATH. The QA/T will ensure that CSRs meet the customer service metrics for quality standards to achieve optimum customer service initiatives and customer satisfaction. Primary areas of responsibilities of the Data Center Analyst include support and maintenance of the computer room hardware including peripherals, processing of routine and non-routine computer jobs, monitoring computer systems, coordinating computer operation problems within the organization, the monitoring of HELP DESK calls and issues and general software and hardware support. In addition to preparing and delivering reports, the Analyst will perform routine day-to-day maintenance of selected systems hardware, tape drives, and related equipment. JOB SUMMARY:
The 9-1-1 CAD Manager is responsible for maintaining the computer aided dispatch (CAD) system, all peripheral equipment and in maintaining the functioning of the CAD system essential to the ongoing work of the department. Incumbent will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive database for the computer aided dispatch system. The position may also function as an administrative employee, providing statistical reports and information for the public, other county departments and agencies we serve. Will also serve as backup for the Mobile Data Terminals (MDT) network in the absence of the 9-1-1 Center Systems Administrator. Incumbent will assist in the training of new employees in the use of the CAD system, work closely with our Planning and Zoning department in a continual exchange of information needed for the CAD Geographical information (GIS) system. Work is reviewed through the efficiency and effectiveness of the CAD system, accuracy, timeliness of records, and accuracy of reports.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinates with all user agencies on the additions or changes to their agency’s equipment names on unit/vehicle configuration in Inform CAD.
Evaluates the CAD system; tests system to determine any problems or compatibility issues for the Center.
Oversees all data entry related to the CAD system.
Maintains database tables for incident types, status codes, dispositions tables, and vehicle configuration.
Oversees maintenance of CAD personnel files and Incident Notification page groups for multi-jurisdictional user agencies.
Responsible for the maintenance of the status windows for display of the desired incident and unit information, including calls pending and active units.
Reviews programs, working components, and procedures; makes changes to improve the general operation of the system.

Assists with budget preparation for department, includes preparing computer-spread sheets, logs and may track expenditures to assist in developing future budget needs. Assists in negotiation of maintenance agreements with CAD vendors.
Assists the 9-1-1 Center Systems Administrator with all phases of the recording equipment in the 9-1-1 Center. Trouble shoots equipment and arranges service call(s) from vendor if needed. 
Assists the 9-1-1 Center Systems Administrator with all phases of the Viper emergency phone network.
Prepares and disseminates monthly reports.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Education and Experience: 
Associate’s degree with a major course work in computer science or computer information systems or a related field may substitute for the required experience.
Experience working in a 9-1-1 Center on a CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) system, Mobile Data system, Emergency phone system, GCIC/NCIC network and recording system, a plus but not required.

About the Position: Working under the direction of the VP Risk and Underwriting and Risk Manager or other designee, the Risk Analyst II will contribute to the oversight of merchant accounts to identify, investigate and mitigate transaction processing activity that represents financial risk to the company based on company guidelines.

<li>Conducting daily, weekly, monthly reviews of transaction activity and analyzing increased credit risk, transactional variations, dispute activity, and fraud patterns. </li>
<li>Proactively monitoring all merchant activities for compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies.</li>
<li>Investigating abnormal transaction processing patterns and recommending appropriate actions.</li>
<li>Reviewing and analyzing financial, credit and publicly available information to support actions and decisions.</li>
<li>Assessing and evaluating business model risk and exposure by evaluating merchant industry type, processing volume, refunds volume, delivery time frames and disputes.</li>
<li>Answering internal and external inquiries specific to risk.</li>
<li>Supporting specialized projects on an ad-hoc basis as directed by department or company leadership.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience with high-risk payment processing required.</li>
<li>Extensive Knowledge of Card Brand rules and regulations.</li>
<li>Must have prior experience and use of Aperia risk monitoring tool.</li>
<li>High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.</li>
<li>2-5 years of experience in Risk Management within the acquiring industry</li>
<li>Proficiency with MS Office Suite products with a focus on Microsoft Excel</li>
<li>Familiarity with various tools used for underwriting and due diligence (i.e. Equifax, TIN Check, MATCH, GIACT, Merlink, etc.).</li>
<li>Understanding of various verticals and associated risks.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Understanding of emerging technologies and trends in the payments space.</li>
<li>Excellent time management</li>
<li>Ability to analyze, test, assess and / or interpret information or data to make recommendations to enhance business operations.</li>
<li>Possesses strong analytical and research skills with strong attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to work autonomously while producing a high output of quality work.</li>
<li>Experience working in call center environment. </li>
<li>Works on-site at Company’s Calabasas location; or </li>
<li>A regular remote schedule may be considered depending on location.</li>

Job Description: 
Title: Operations Analyst
Duration: 6+ Months on W2 without benefits.
Location: Somerville, MA 02144
Summary:
The Operations Analyst position provides hands-on installation, maintenance, modification, and repairs on all physical equipment (servers, storage, switches, etc.) located within the data centers, networking / telecommunications rooms, and major routing hubs. 
Responsibilities: 
Monitoring, implementation, and support of data center and network / telecom closets infrastructure including racks, cabling, UPS units, RPDU (rack PDU), and environmental controls through DCIM (data center infrastructure management) tools such as Schneider Electric Struxureware and Johnson Controls Metasys. 
The position is also responsible for supporting data center operators in their duties, monitoring systems &amp; applications, working with internal TTS clients, and communicating with vendors. The Operations Analyst will take overall direction from the Manager of Data Center and Infrastructure Operations and the Senior Operations Analyst but will be expected to accomplish specific projects independently by using sound judgment. 
The position participates in the on-call rotation of the Data Center during unattended hours.
