Position Purpose:
This safety sensitive position is responsible for the leasing and marketing function of the property. Assisting the Community Manager with the overall operational and financial success of the residential property and exceeding resident service standards. 
Each community location has pre-designated office hours which this position will need to accompany to ensure community operations are functioning effectively
Key Contributions:
Financial/Marketing: Support the Community Manager by achieving the occupancy and rental goals of the property. Maintaining a closing percentage of at least 30%. Assures that prospective residents are reached through advertising and further markets the property by responding to phone inquires and property tours. Assisting in accurate preparation and administration of all leasing activities and rental traffic reports. Assist the resident management in the completion of market studies.
Management: Assist Community Manager with overall operations of the community by promoting positive resident relations, handling resident complaints, and rent collections. In the absence and direction of the Community Manager supervises, motivates, and directs the staff by promoting teamwork to achieve a common goal.
Property Appearance/Upkeep: Keep the property in a neat, clean, and well-maintained condition. Daily exterior and interior inspections of the community to assure curb appeal, maintenance, cleanliness and safety procedures are being followed.
Customer Service: Ensure that the residential property meets and exceeds company standards for resident satisfaction and being available on a 24-hour emergency basis when scheduled. Plan and participate in community activities, as well as, other projects as assigned.
Perform other duties as needed.

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
• Greet guests upon checking in at the ticket booth. • Assists guests with purchasing tickets or locating and printing tickets for those who are unable to provide a QR Code or Confirmation of their booking. • Execution of responsible cash handling and proper point of sale processes is required when assigned to point of sale and ticketing systems for processing transactions • Dropping cash banks responsibly as required when working with cash banks, point of sale • Processes rescheduling or refunding tickets for guests, as needed, with management approval. • Upsells card products. • Scans tickets prior to entering queue. • Assists with loading and off-loading of guests. • Answers questions concerning fares, routes, schedules, and reservations. • Answers questions regarding Alcatraz Island and other local attractions. • Follows all National Park Service directives, and Alcatraz Island policies. • Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 2 years customer service experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including conflict resolution skills • Knowledge of another language in addition to English is preferred • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required

This safety sensitive position will assist and work with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to perform the necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property.  This position is responsible for maintenance of the residential apartment homes, public space, outside grounds and equipment.

Key Contributions:
Property Appearance/Upkeep: Keep the property in a neat, clean, and well-maintained condition. Daily exterior and interior inspections of the community to assure.   Cross utilization of Groundkeeper duties may be required.
Appliance Maintenance: Trouble-shoot, diagnose and correct minor failures to air conditioning and heating units.  Repair minor electrical and plumbing problems.
Make Ready:  Responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition in accordance to company standards.  Some painting may be required.
Laundry room: Maintain laundry rooms to guidelines of the company.
Pool Maintenance (if applicable): Completion of daily chemical inspections, maintenance and cleaning to meet city codes and company standards.
